Work out before eating a meal
I used to be fitness professional. I was the manager of a fitness center on a military base. One of the things that stuck with me was the fact that it is preferable to work out before a meal as opposed to working out after a meal. Why? After a workout your metabolism will remain revved up for at least a couple of hours afterward which means your body will burn more of those meal calories. It´s also advisable not to work out on a full stomach. |
